My experience here was quite pleasant overall. 🌟 The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing stay. The service staff were attentive and helpful. 😊 What truly stands out is the fantastic location with hill view and greenary, absolutely perfect for exploring. 🗺️ I definitely enjoyed my time and would consider visiting again! ✨

It's a nice hotel, no doubt, very nicely furnished with tasteful decor. Rooms felt a bit tired - needed some refreshing, but were still good. Odd not to have an electrical outlet in the bathroom. The gift store is great, nice selection of local goods. But the restaurants really leave a lot to be desired. For a quality hotel, the restaurants do not measure up and are, for Uganda standards, outrageously high priced. So, know that you are getting mediocre hotel food, and you should be fine. The pool is great and the views are great. But riding on its reputation a bit too much. Needs some refining.

Simply the best hotel in Kampala. I stayed here for a week with my Wife and 2 kids and I cannot recommend this Hotel enough, location is right at the top of the hill so away from all the hustle and bustle. The grounds are well kept and the Hotel is kept at a high standard of cleanliness. I however think that the Staff elevate your experience to another level. I honestly would name them all but shout out to Robert, all the 3 Ivans, Jennifer, Winnie, Annet, Shamilah on reception, not forgetting the 2 cats.. but the list goes on! Onsite Restaurants are amazing offering you local as well international dishes and all cooked to a high standard. Cocktails are also superb with a sufficient list to choose from. For me 10/10 and would stay again no doubt! Anyone contemplating, make sure you book your stay with breakfast.

I went here to have breakfast with my friend who slept in. Loved the aesthetics first of all. So unique a beautifully African yet accommodating for everyone. Whether you want to have a family vacay, it still a great place. Breakfast was a buffet and I loved everything I tasted⚘️ The environment is so not noisy, and less crowded and so green🌱 Definitely going back some time. Took a few pictures and almost forgot ooh there's always the days newspaper 😫😂

The decor is great, the location very relaxing. Rooms were ok. Some needed a bit of paint and touch up. I like the design, but a few extra amenities (and an outlet in the bathroom) could make it just that much nicer. For the price, it is great. The gift shop has lots of good selections. I was not, however, thrilled with the food. Overpriced and did not match the reputation. Nothing exceptional. This said, skip the restaurants and just go for the wonderful location and decor.
