The Patio Bella

I had such a nice time. The customer service was amazing. Was served by Bryan. Other waiters kept checking in on us, I rem Tonny. A certain lady too at the entrance had such a welcoming energy. The food definitely didn’t disappoint. Great pizza and the pan fried goat. I would recommend and come back to this place any day any time….

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at the Patio Bella restaurant, Arena mall. When we arrived, we were seated promptly, but then waited around 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order or even acknowledge us. It wasn't a great start to the evening. The biggest disappointment, however, was my meal. My salmon arrived burnt and served upside down. I immediately informed the waiter, and the manager assured me it would be replaced. Instead of preparing a fresh dish, they simply removed the burnt skin and brought back the same piece of salmon. It still tasted burnt and was not enjoyable to eat. What was most frustrating was being told the meal would be changed, only to receive the same burnt fish back. That is not the level of service or quality I would expect from standard restaurant as the Patio Bella. It made me feel as though my concerns were not taken seriously. Overall, the poor service, long wait to be attended to, and unacceptable handling of my meal left me very disappointed. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant based on my experience, and I hope they improve both their customer service and food quality.

-The interior is excellent. -The food is mediocre for the premium price, I'd ordered tuscan chicken pasta which was supposed to come with sun-dried tomatoes but there was no sign of tomatoes in my dish. It tasted good but not a tuscan dish surely. -My husband got a burger which was very good, fries were OK. -Music was loud, but that is a common sight in Uganda. It's just not my preference at a fine dining establishment -Service is okay. We had a few hiccups but not too bad

Best place to eat while at Arena mall, Quite spacious with an amazing sunset view. Waiters and waitresses are super fast with the orders. and for pork lovers worry no more. There’s a variety of affordable dishes on their menu catering for everyone. Coming back whenever, why not? :)

Good place. Beautiful interior, dishes, bar design. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, steaks are served only cut, a whole piece of steak made to your perfection *medium* cannot be found here. Good coffee, alcohol is served there. Many foreigners among guests. Could recommend it as a good place to visit in that area.
